Register for Association emails

Go to the AMS website at amshoa.com. Click "Account Login" and follow instructions. A password will be provided within 48 hours via email from "Donotreply@cincsystems"

Register for online account access

Congratulations, if you registered for email, you are now able to see your association account, your payment history, and thirty days in advance for upcoming assessments.

Pay your association assessments in five minutes or less

If you have an online bank account set up per above, then you can securely pay by using an e-check (free) or by credit card (% charged by card carrier).

Pay your monthly assessments with recurring payment in seven minutes

Choose the "Recurring Payment" option online and choose the day of each month to pay.

Pay via ACH Draft

Authorize the Association’s bank to directly draft the amount due from your bank account. Please contact AMS for an ACH Authorization Form.

Lockbox Service: Check or money order payment processing only

Please make your check or money order payable to Hawthorne Court COA, with your Association account number in the memo field.
